Our location:

Our new location, voted on by our membership, is the Days Hotel in Flatwoods, WV.  This is a tremendous location offering lots to do, not only for the taxidermists, but for their families that will be attending.  There are ample places to stay and eat as well as an outlet mall for those who want to go shopping.  Also located just behind the conference center is a KOA campground for those that may choose to camp rather than stay in one of the local hotels.  Go to www.flatwoods.com and check out all the area has to offer.  We feel this new location alone is going to make this show one of our best ever. 

The room rates for The Days Hotel are, Singles $71.96 and Doubles $80.96, mention the WVTA Convention when calling to make your reservations.  To make your reservations at The Days Hotel or to rent a campsite please call 1-866-700-7284.  There is also two other locations on Exit 67, The Sutton Lane Motel , room rates are 1 person $47.70 or 2 persons $57.24, to reserve a room please call 1-304-765-7351 and also there is The Truck Stop, rates are $39.99 nightly.  

From the North (Morgantown and Clarksburg): Take West Virginia I-79 South to
Exit 67 Flatwoods Exit.

From the South (Charleston): Take West Virginia I-79 North to Exit 67 Flatwoods Exit.




Airport Info:
Charleston Airport (CRW) is 60 miles south with commercial flights available for all major airlines.
Braxton County Airport is 1 mile from the hotel with over 4000' of paved runway.
